These Terms govern your visit to Vythiri Park ("the Park", "we", "us"), operated by V Sharp Promoters Pvt Ltd, with operational management by Nail India Adventures Pvt Ltd. By purchasing a ticket or entering the Park, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Responsibilities of patrons
For your safety and enjoyment, please carefully read all the rules before you book or take your tickets. Failure to follow regulations may result in serious injury. Non-compliance leads to immediate expulsion without refund.
- Participation acknowledges the inherent risks of rides and attractions.
- Admission covers park entry and all rides/attractions excluding ATV, fish spa, food, beverages, and merchandise unless explicitly bundled into your selected package.
- Operating times of individual attractions may change without notice; queue waits may apply during peak hours.
- No alcohol, intoxicants, or controlled substances are permitted within the Park premises.
- Outside food from commercial outlets is not permitted (e.g. McDonald's, Subway, Pizza chains, etc.).
- Only accredited guide and assistance dogs are permitted inside.
- Photos, videos, and recordings are for private use only — not for commercial publication without written consent.
The Park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest at its discretion for:
- Offensive behaviour or language
- Queue jumping
- Theft, vandalism, or damage to property
- Anti-social or threatening behaviour
- Intoxication
- Failure to follow safety instructions issued by Park staff
2. Safety instructions
- Comply with all posted instructions, health, and height/age requirements at each ride.
- Some guests may be restricted from specific rides due to safety-restraint design.
- Follow all ride operator warnings and instructions at all times.
- Remain seated until the ride comes to a complete stop.
- Keep all limbs inside the vehicle. Use all provided safety devices (harness, bars, lap belts).
- Queue jumping is not allowed. Wait your turn.
- Some attractions involve getting wet — plan your clothing accordingly.
- Pregnant women, persons with pre-existing medical conditions, casts, or sharp/hard objects on their person are restricted from water slides and high-impact rides.
- Persons with medical conditions must seek medical advice prior to participating.
- For hygiene, children who are not toilet-trained must wear waterproof nappies in aquatic facilities.
- Patrons who have experienced diarrhoea within the last 48 hours may not use water rides.
- Act considerately toward other guests at all times. Obey all staff warnings and instructions.
- Parents and guardians must actively supervise children at all times.
3. Personal property
The Park is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property. Lockers are available for hire at the entry plaza. Mobile phones, valuables, and electronics are best stored in lockers before using water or high-thrill rides.
4. Dress code
Always wear synthetic or nylon costumes (t-shirts, shorts, Bermudas, three-fourths, or proper swimsuits) while enjoying the water rides.
Prohibited attire for water rides and pools: sarees, dupattas, formal pants or shirts, jeans, denim of any kind, burkha/pardha, school uniforms, or indecent/revealing clothing.
- Proper clothing is required at all times inside the Park.
- Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe footwear.
- Scarves, shawls, and loose accessories must be removed before riding.
5. Tickets, refunds and re-entry
Tickets are valid only for the date of visit printed on the booking. They are non-transferable. Please see our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details on cancellation, no-shows, and refund eligibility.
Re-entry is not permitted once you exit the Park. Lost tickets or QR codes will not be replaced without proof of purchase.
6. Liability
The owners and operators of the premises are not liable for, and are irrevocably released from any liability for, death, personal injury, property loss or damage arising from any cause whatsoever (including the negligence of staff to the fullest extent permitted by law) while you are on the premises.
7. Jurisdiction
All disputes arising out of or in connection with your visit or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kalpetta, Wayanad, Kerala, India.
8. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material change will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
